Better Backstrap was highly recommended in the hunting groups that I belong to. Since I hunt and harvest the venison that I lovingly (and impeccably) prepare, I’m very particular about the ingredients that I utilize. This didn’t disappoint. I purchased the gift box for my brother as well and he is enjoying too.
