One of our favorite traditions at Better Backstrap is turning a portion of our wild game meat into hot or sweet sausage. Our "home packs" are pre measured for 10lbs of meat are perfect for the home processor looking to make smaller batches.

Joe Locke I used a 60/40 venison to pork ratio on this mix and we actually had about 11 pounds of meat, I was a little worried becasue this is a 10lb seasoning packet but the sausage was still full of flavor. This is an excellent breakfast sausage with eggs. Nice to find one with no MSG that still tastes great
