Sweet Italian Sausage Seasoning

This seasoning works great for Breakfast sausage, stuffing into links for sandwiches or anytime you want a great all around Venison sausage!  

One of our favorite traditions at Better Backstrap is turning a portion of our wild game meat into hot or sweet sausage.  Our "home packs" are pre measured for 10lbs of meat are perfect for the home processor looking to make smaller batches.
